Dr. Naomi Mathers is a Program Developer at the Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC) in Melbourne, Australia. She has a degree and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University and is now using her technical knowledge and networks to develop effective hands-on education programs for students and teachers. Naomi is a member of the Australian Government Space Industry Innovation Council, the Engineers Australia National Committee for Space Engineering, the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) Space Education and Outreach Committee, the Asia Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF) Space Education and Awareness Working Group, and she represents VSSEC on the International Space Education Board (ISEB).
