
AGI Sponsorship
Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) and University Space Engineering Consortium (UNISEC) are pleased to announce that AGI will sponsor university applicants for the 2nd Mission Idea Contest (MIC2).
Under Sponsorship Agreement between AGI and UNISEC, AGI offers the licensing of STK for use by participating universities in the 2nd Mission Idea Contest for
Micro/Nano Satellites Utilization. The software must be used in an academic environment. It may not be used by commercial/government organizations or for commercial applications. AGI reserves the right to reject any applicants not meeting these criteria.
STK licenses will be in effect from their entry date after the competition begins Nov. 2011 to July 1, 2012 with the selection of Finalists. Finalists will have access to STK through October 10, 2012 for their Final Presentation at the 4th Nano-Satellite Symposium in
Nagoya, Japan.
Application procedure
The procedure for application is as follows:
- University applicants who want to use STK create an AGI.com account on AGI website.
- The applicants who made their AGI.com account will submit the
request form
to AGI directly as well as UNISEC (submit applications to:
education(at)agi.com, mic_agi(at)unisec.jp).
- The names of the universities will be published on the MIC website.
- AGI processes the request.
- AGI will send STK licensing information (or refuse the request).
- UNISEC identifies who submitted abstracts among the universities
that applied to AGI sponsorship, and informs AGI.
